PRODUCTION OF OUR ITEMS
We make all of our products from scratch, just for you (made to order). Therefore, we need from 2 to 5 business (working days) to make and ship your fuzzy order. We will do all in our power, so you can receive it as soon as possible.

The shipping cost depends on the product you buy and the country you order from. It will be automatically calculated at the checkout. But we do offer free shipping on domestic orders over €110. We also offer free worldwide shipping for orders over €150.
Our products are made in and shipped from Slovenia, Europe.
All orders will ship within 2–5 business (working) days from receiving your payment. All orders are sent via standard mail unless noted otherwise. We use Slovenian Post to ship all of our packages. You’ll also receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours or even more for your tracking info to show up. Sometimes your package tracking is only available when the package arrives at a destination country. Unfortunately, for some reason tracking isn’t possible in some countries, such as Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
Our orders are sent in a resistant paper bag closed by sewing.
After an item has been shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences (holiday season, sales, COVID …). If you’d like an update on your order, use a tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email or contacts us via email. We will gladly help you.
For all orders made from countries outside the EU, shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes, which are due on arrival and are not covered by the shipping costs charged in our web store. We can’t determine customs charges as they vary from country to country and state to state. We will try very hard to avoid your package experiencing any problems. Still, we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee you won’t be charged duties or other importing fees. Please contact your local customs office if you need detailed information about these charges.
We are sure you will enjoy our fuzzy items. But just in case they don’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days after your order is delivered to inform us you would like to return the items. You then have another 14 days to ship them back to our address. Shipping costs and customs are non-refundable. For any return inquiries, please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org. We address each query individually, and we’ll try our best to make sure everyone is satisfied.
Returned items must be in brand-new condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked delivery when returning items, as we assume no responsibility for lost returns. We will inform you by email as soon as we receive your package. Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition, we will issue a refund. When you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. It may take a few days to see the refund on your account.

We accept credit cards. It’s also possible to pay using PayPal.
All prices in the store include VAT. Prices and offers are only valid for the day of the order. We may change products offered in our store or the applicable prices for such products, at any time, without notice.
Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. We will also inform you when your goods are ready for shipping.
You have 14 days to change your mind and cancel your purchase. The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the goods. Returned items must be in brand-new condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be manufacturing errors, items arriving with stains, or the order arriving with evident, demonstrable damage. If you discover any damage to the products you ordered, please contact us within 7 days since your order has been delivered. Please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition to our email. We will cover the costs of the product and shipping in such an event.
